Nuestro cliente es un importante grupo cosmético internacional que buscaría incorporar en Madrid un perfil  licenciado  químico o farmacéutico  para gestionar el área de calidad, regulatorio y sostenibilidad con al menos 7 años de experiencia previa.  El director Técnico tiene la “firma” de documentación legal, gestiona la tramitación y el cumplimiento de los requisitos de la legislación internacional para comercializar productos a nivel internacional. El área comprende 2 departamentos: Calidad, Regulatorio.  Tiene 4/5 personas en el equipo. El reto estratégico de esta posición es participar y en la estrategia de la compañía en la diversificación de productos y la creación de nuevos segmentos de negocio que la compañía desea prospectar, apoyando desde la parte técnica y regulatoria.

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Reporting to the Global Supply Chain director, the Technical Director’s mission will be to lead the Regulatory, Quality and Sustainability and Environment departments, as well as to be responsible for the different formulations and technical development of the company’s  cosmetics products.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Technical formulation of products and adaptation of products to new regulations.
• Management of Regulatory, environmental and quality areas and teams.
• Signing all technical documents.
• Approve the technical documentation related to the registration of products with the competent authorities.
• Acting on behalf of the company in front of all local and international authorities. Ensure compliance with national and international regulations regarding the manufacture and marketing of perfumery and cosmetics products.
• Ensure the quality of products under development, and responsible for monitoring and controlling the quality of products on the market.
• Assure the highest quality standards of the products and raw materials.
• Assure the safety, innocuousness, dermal compatibility and efficacy evaluation of the products.
• To ensure the operation of a quality assurance system and to have the necessary procedures for the correct development of its activities.
• Supervise compliance with legislation on the development, manufacture and marketing of perfumery and cosmetics

PERFIL

• Education: Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology or similar.
• Experience of at least 7 years as Technical Director.
• Languages: English C2 level
