Managing partner

With more than 20 years of experience in Executive Search consulting, Carlos has worked in leading firms such as Hays, Korn Ferry (Futurestep) and Adecco (Ajilon), leading national and international recruitment teams and projects for executive and middle management positions. For more than 13 years he has been managing Optimaes Talent, where he advises companies in sectors such as Industry, Energy, Retail or Consulting.

Prior to his time in selection, he worked as an analyst and project manager at an international economic research agency, conducting research in Eastern Europe, Africa and Latin America, and collaborating with media outlets such as Le Monde and The New York Times.

He holds a degree in International Relations and Economics from the Université Libre de Bruxelles and an MBA from ICADE. Bilingual in English and French.

Rico de Lara

Associate Director

Ana has more than 20 years of solid experience in strategic marketing, communication and talent selection. She was partner and director of agencies such as Event Media and Cool Lines, where she managed campaigns for brands such as Ikea, Movistar, Jazztel or Fundación ONCE. Later, she oriented her career towards executive talent consulting, and since 2017 she is a partner at Optimaes Talent, where she leads operations and large recruitment projects, especially in RPO mode.

Specialist in soft skills and motivations, Ana stands out for her human and decisive approach in complex selection processes. She has lived in Italy and the United Kingdom, developing a multicultural vision and great adaptability.

Degree in Advertising and PR (UCM), with postgraduate training at ESIC and UNED. Bilingual in Italian and high level of English.
