With more than 18 years experience in executive and Middle management Search consultancy, Carlos started his executive search experience working as consultant and later as manager and Associate Director of the Industrial and IT recruitment speciality in companies such us Hays Executive, Futurestep (Korn & Ferry) and Ajilon (Adecco).
In 2013 Carlos takes the step to set up Optimaes Talent in response to the need to create a more dynamic and stable recruitment solution for his long standing clients.
Before working in the executive search business, Carlos worked as Project director for an international Investment research media Company, and travelled extensively producing country economic reports in Europe, Africa and Latin America.
Carlos was educated at Stonyhurst College, a catholic school in Lancashire (England) and continue to study International Affairs and Economics at Vesalius College (Vrije Universiteit Brussel) in Belgium.
Carlos speaks fluently Spanish, English and French.
With more than 20 years of professional experience, Ana has developed her expertise in four areas, Strategic Digital Marketing, customer management, public relations and Talent Research.
Ana has a wide experience in management functions related to the human capital of the companies, giving a very personal and unique touch to each recruitment project, offering a specific and unique value in each selection process.
Ana holds a degree in advertising and public relations at the Complutense University, postgraduate in ESIC in commercial management and master in social networks by the UNED Foundation.
She has worked in Italy (Rome and Milan) and Nottingham (England), providing a multicultural vision that is manifested in every international project.
