WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will play a key role in the design, implementation, and accelerated adoption of major organizational development and change initiatives for our company (Global Strategy consulting company) – we’re on a journey and we want you to join us! You will work on exciting projects that play a pivotal role in revolutionizing our business and, as part of the Project Excellence team, you will be our reference point for change management initiatives.
In a global role, your responsibilities will include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope. As a skilled change management professional, you will lead in developing and implementing effective change management strategies, stakeholder engagement and associated communication and instructional plans, as well as coaching teams across regions.
YOU’RE GOOD AT
You have a consultative approach with excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills. As a seasoned project manager, you bring a sound understanding of the role and a proven ability to work effectively in a global environment across complex, decentralized organizations with people at all levels.
You have deep change management skills, with experience in developing and leading change initiatives in small projects, and with aspirations to continue building on this experience. You are a strong story-teller with demonstrable problem-solving abilities to supplement verticals teams.
As a skilled communicator with strong interpersonal, networking and influencing abilities, you are self-effective, self-sufficient and have a strong drive and initiative to build a new role. You are able to make independent decisions within existing guidelines, and you are able to advise and guide team members.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
You have an excellent advanced degree in Business Administration or related field, with a concentration in change management. You bring 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a fast-paced consulting / professional services environment.
With strong, demonstrable organizational development, change and project management experience, including design, planning and implementation of global and/or cross-regional initiatives and project deliverables, you have experience in managing a portfolio of different initiatives across multiple business lines, geographies, and cultures. You are experienced in creating project and team charters, as well as coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors.
You are a critical thinker, able to conceptualize and develop project strategy, scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. You are experienced in agile methodologies and you have ample experience with project management tools (Slack, Trello, MS Project etc). With ample experience in change management, you can support project teams in creating and mobilizing change management work streams and in developing stakeholder engagement plans, as well as play lead role on communication of change efforts. You also have experience creating content and instructional resources, such as presentations, online and classroom trainings, publications, newsletters, social media, ad-hoc communications.

You will be part of the Project Excellence team, a newly-formed team providing project management services across all CKA functions globally. You will work closely with CKA leadership, key stakeholders and project teams, and you will be coordinated with your Project Excellence team colleagues in Madrid. You will work on exciting projects that play a pivotal role in revolutionizing our business and you will be our team’s reference point for change management initiatives. This is a new role and, as such, you will shape the position within the given parameters.
