Nuestro cliente es un importante grupo internacional especializado en artículos de lujo, buscamos para su división de Perfumería y Cosmética un HR Controlling Manager, reportando a la Dirección  de RRHH y al responsable de Relaciones Laborales.

MISSION:

The HR Controller will report to HR Director on Employee cost «analysis»/deviations analysis/Business Plan forecast/KPI´s. etc and will report to Employee Relations Manager regarding Compensation & Benefits issues.

 

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Responsible for the control and analysis of all data related to HR: costs, employees’ HC, FTE, etc… ensuring a strong follow up and analysis of deviations

  • Coordinate, update and maintain the HR dashboard, monitoring HR statistics and
  • KPI’s by brand and consolidating P&C figures.
  • Responsible for HR Group reportings data updating and follow-up strictly meeting the deadlines (monthly and annual)
  • Make the necessary reports and analysis for the HR department: evolution, deviations, generate different scenarios to assist in decision making,
  • Key role on the budget process being responsible of creating the files, updating changes and do the necessary analysis, ensuring that the Group  and local guidelines are followed. In strong collaboration with HR Business Partners and Controlling Team
  • Collaborate in annual salary review process, by checking and updating the salary information and preparing all the reports for the salary review
  • Support in the implementation of the Compensation and Benefits policies: compare offers and proposal, forecast expenditure…
  • Manage invoices from Compensation & Benefits suppliers
  • Genarate monthly exception report for payroll payment
  • Complete the internal salary or public surveys

 

PROFILE

A minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar position

Bachelor’s in business administration / HR Analytics specialization will be highly appreciated

Proficient in Excel and knowledge of Visual Basic or Power BI will be necessary.
